Strawberry Finger Sandwiches

Little Princesses need fuel for all that regal play!  These finger sandwiches are a little bit decadent and a little bit hearty.  Strawberries provide a serving of fruit, and cream cheese, with less fat than mayo, is a great source of dairy.  Pair this with Nutella, which is high in protein, and you have some princess-worthy nutrition mixed in with all that sugary party fare.  Next stop,  Mom of the year.

Slice Strawberries lengthwise.  Cut the Crust off 10
slices of white bread.
Cut each slice in half.

10 slices of White Bread
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1/4 C Strawberry Jam
1 lb. Strawberries

Soften cream cheese by
microwaving
 it for about 2 minutes.
Stir 1/4 C strawberry jam into
the cream cheese.  If
there are lumps in the cheese,
use a hand blender to
make it smooth.
This is really it. It shouldn't
take more than 10 minutes
to make these sandwiches
start to finish

Spread strawberry cream
cheese on 2 pieces of prepared
bread and line one side with
strawberries.  Assemble
sandwich and cut in half to
make 2 squares.  Repeat with
the remaining bread.
Add one awesome tea party,
and plenty of little princesses.
Enjoy!
